We are a newly established purchasing association with the goal of strengthening procurement for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the HoReCa industry.

Our mission is simple: to create a strong community where we stand together to optimize purchasing and secure the best financial terms for all our members.

We are currently in the process of making agreements with suppliers to offer you a wide range of relevant deals, and your registration will be a valuable support in our efforts to secure the best benefits for our members.

As we continuously establish new agreements, we will keep you informed by email about the details of each deal and how you can practically make purchases and get discounts!

Here is how it works

You are registered in Clever Cost

You and your bookkeeper are registered in our Clever Cost portal

You can sign up here – it’s completely free to join

You connect your accounting software

You will receive a welcome email, and your bookkeeper will receive instructions for setting up the integration in E-conomic, Dinero, or Billy

Your purchase data is retrieved

We automatically receive your purchase invoices from your accounting software and import all your product purchases by item number

We make agreements with suppliers

Based on your and many other restaurants’ purchasing needs, we make agreements with suppliers who can offer the Purchasing Association advantageous prices for all members

You receive updates

Each time we make a new agreement, you will receive an email describing prices, discounts, and the practical details regarding orders, etc.

No commitment – Flexibility for you

At Clever Cost, we want you to feel confident in your membership. That’s why there’s no binding commitment when you sign up. You have the freedom to choose when and how you want to make use of our purchasing agreements.

With our flexible approach, you can:

  • Choose the purchasing agreements and suppliers that best suit your needs.

  • Partially shop with the suppliers you already use, while also benefiting from the better prices available through Clever Cost.
  • Customize your purchases as you see fit, without being locked into specific agreements.

Easy and free membership

Becoming a member of Clever Cost is free. All you need to do is upload your purchase invoices. This can easily be done automatically through E-conomic, Billy, or Dinero. Alternatively, you can upload them yourself or send them from your email. Once you’re a member, we work actively to find the best deals on your behalf.

Cover all your purchasing needs

We make agreements with a wide range of relevant suppliers to cover all your purchasing needs. Whether you need raw materials, insurance, telecommunications, internet, kitchen equipment, restaurant supplies, or anything else, we’re ready to assist you.
